MISSION: To reach the unreached, needy and oppressed with the Love and Gospel of Jesus to provide the life to its fullest. The DOVE organization has the mission of reaching the masses with the good news and love of Christ. We follow the commandment of Jesus Christ – “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations” as in Mathew 28:19. We are committed towards sharing the love of Christ as He said, “Freely you have received, freely you give”
BRIEF HISTORY
The DOOSMONS’ ORPHANAGE AND VILLAGE EVANGELISM (DOVE) was founded in 2005 out of concern for the spiritual and social needs of rural people in India. The visionary of the organization was Late Mr. John Doosmon, who always had the dream of giving out his best to the society. He has planned several Christ centered socio-economic strategies and ventured out those during several instances. After Mr.Kanagala John Doosmon had the divine call in 2003, his family members along with several local pastors, Church elders and several likeminded fanatics formed the organization in May 2005.
The DOVE was registered as the nonprofit organizational society under the Society Registration Act of the Government of Andhra Pradesh State ( Now Telangana State), India. The DOVE has the vision of faith, hope and Charity. It’s a non-profit organization having a mission to reach the unreached, needy and oppressed with the Love and Gospel of Jesus to provide the life to its fullest.
We have been into several social programs such as supporting orphanages, organizing free medical camps, organizing cloth / food distribution programs, organizing seminars on various medical and societal problems. Many volunteers come each year to assist us in conducting these programs. We are immensely happy and blessed to say that through the DOVE, hundreds of children, Old aged and poor are receiving God’s word and love on a consistent basis.
